Returns and Refunds

I really hope you love your purchase with me and want to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with my products so if you want to return an item(s) you can find all the details below.

My policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item(s) date so that I know you are sending back the item(s) you aren't happy with. Email me at Please include your name, order number, name of the item or items you wish to return and include your email address. I will then send the return address.

Before you return products to me, please ensure the postal address is correct, as I cannot be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.

Unfortunately, I am only able to accept the refund of regular priced items. Sale items cannot be returned and refunded.

Buyers are responsible for postage and shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.

I can only refund the purchase price of the item(s) after receiving the item(s). If the item is not returned in its original condition including the packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It may be worth using tracked post or shipping, to ensure you - as the sender - are protected from the items going missing in transit. I am unable to guarantee I will receive the items you are returning.

Products listed as a SALE item are final sale and may not be returned.

I will process refunds as soon as possible. Please allow 3-4 working days for returns to be received and processed.

What kind of packaging is used?

All orders are shipped with eco-friendly packaging including a cardboard box, backing cards and paper tape. My aim is to remain completely plastic-free. To avoid waste, packing slips and/or receipts will not be included in the package however all order details can be found through the email confirmation or through your account on the Patricia Pattern website under “my orders”.

Can I cancel my order?

I will try my best to get orders ready to ship as soon as possible, please contact me at as soon as possible with your order number and I will try my best to take care of it for you! Your order cannot be cancelled if it has already been fulfilled.

Where can I find my order number?

If you have an account with Patricia Pattern, simply log in and select “My Orders”. There you will find your order number. Alternatively, an email is sent with every order made which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.

What if a product arrives damaged?

All of the packages are inspected carefully before they're sent out. However, if your item/s arrived damaged please email me at Please attach a photo of the damage and any other information that may be useful including your order number. 


Some products may cause a hazard. Please use all of the items carefully and be aware of sharp edges and/or metal tips. Pins may be sharp, so take special care when handling them and supervise children.
